Restaurant Le Chantecler

Jean-Denis Rieubland, Chef of Le Negresco since 2007 (the year he won the trophy for “Best Craftsman in France”) defines its cuisine and style as “inspired by the Provence, in respect to its products and traditions” and likes to pass his love of authenticity. It offers a majestic menu to the Michelin starred gourmet restaurant, Le Chantecler. Famous for its sumptuous decor of woodwork dating to 1751 and the cellar housing 15 000 bottles, the restaurant is one of the most sought-after dining spots in Nice.
Open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner service and Sunday for lunch.

La Rotonde Brasserie

With its bright colorful décor, reproducing a 18th century merrygo-round, La Rotonde is certainly an unexpected place. Dedicated to the family, it offers a warm and bright ambiance, a great place to linger after a delicious gourmet meal.
Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

The Bar Le Relais

With genuine walnut wood from 1913 and its outstanding tapestry dated 1683, Le Negresco Bar offers a cozy atmosphere. In the evening, the mood turns to cool sounds of jazz and Latin music.
